OMG Moment

To all of you in the Sacramento area this Holiday Season....you are soooooo lucky!!

This year our Thanksgiving Tart features one of Ginger’s favorite fall fruits...the pear!

Vanilla Poached Pears, Chocolate Frangipane Tart, Garnished with Vanilla Bean Infused Whipped Chocolate Ganache...$38

9" Tart serves 12-16 people.

Please place orders by Tuesday, November 24th.

Available for pick-up November 25th & 26th (Please provide 48 hours advance notice).

Please note our upcoming Holiday hours:Open Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 26th) 9:00am – Noon

Closed Friday, November 27th

Open Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas Noon – 5:00pm

Open Monday, December 21st – 10:00am – 8:00pm

Christmas Eve, December 24th – 8:00am – 2:00pm

Closed Christmas Day and Saturday, December 26th

The yummiest chocolates! My daughter (also a Kate) had them as part of the coffee bar at her reception, and small boxes in the guest bags for the out-of-towners.

Katie-did you know they had a holiday cooking class last weekend? My daughter and son-in-law went and learned to make chocolate mousse, profiteroles (filled with said mousse), and pots de creme. Yum! I'll be the lucky recipient of their culinary education at Thanksgiving, when they'll bring one of those goodies along with Kate's fresh pumpkin pie.
